Unitz

UNITZ is a brand identity project developed for a service company supporting property owners and short term rental hosts across platforms like Airbnb, booking.com, Gatherin, etc. The brand offers cleaning services as its main services, while also expanding into technical support, property photography, and small decor or furnishing solutions such as sheets, styling elements, and guest ready details. The identity was built around the idea of access and reliability. In the primary logo, the letter “i” was redesigned to resemble a key, turning the wordmark into a subtle symbol of property care and entry.
